The phases of design
Offer
Based on your needs and details of the house, Legnotek is able to prepare a personalized offer.
Planning
Once the proposed offer has been accepted, the technical department plans production based on the project. The technical office calculates and plans all the elements useful for creating the structure such as walls, ceilings and roofs.
Production
At this stage your projects enters the production department where the individual elements are made and then assembled in the shortest possible time.
Assembly
All the elements have been created and arrive at construction sites ready to be assembled and give shape to the structure. At this stage you can monitor the progress.
Keys in hand
Once all the elements have been assembled, the structure can be tested in your presence. Once satisfied with the work carried out, the keys are handed over.
